Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores & Swansboro NC

Took the boys to the new Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores NC, near Emerald Isle. On the way back we passed Swansboro NC and I took some shots of the town. The picture of the Boys was taken on a nature trail at the Aquarium. You can see the ocean in the 2nd picture if you enlarge it.

Teri's Goodness To Go

My friend Teri just started her own Salad delivery service. Here is the first one I ordered. It was huge and full of green leaf, spinach, red cabbage, carrots, celery, broccoli, sunflower seeds, almonds, raisins, black beans, and cheddar. It was my lunch and dinner for 2 days.
