Hearty Vegetable Barley Soup

I wish I had a better picture. This is Hearty Vegetable Barley soup. Recipe came off the box of Barley. It includes, onion, garlic, potato, celery, carrot, 5 cups water, 1 vegetarian bouillon cube, 1 can whole tomatoes including juice, 3/4 cup barley, 1/2 bag of frozen veggies (yellow and sweet corn, asparagus). Me, Zoe and Bailey had a bowl, I put the rest in the freezer and took a bowl in to work for lunch.
